Day 1Arrival & Safari Drive

Get picked at the airport by your driver/guide

Have a safari drive through the largest, first and the only wildlife sanctuary we have in Ghana. The park serve as habitat for the over 90 mammal species and at least 344 bird species. Although some of the large mammals are believed to be at risk as a result of local encroachers, the park still boasts of a decent number of herbivores as it recorded 800 elephants, more than a thousand buffalos, a significant population of hippos, warthog and antelope species such as kob, Defassa waterbuck, bushbuck, roan, hartebeest and grey-and red-flanked duiker. Five primate species are present and the most visible is the olive baboon.
Not forgetting the lions and leopards that are occasionally grace us with their majestic presence once a while

Day 2Walking Safari, Eco-Village, Laranbanga & Departure

Have an early morning safari walk where you get the chance to sight animals you didn’t to see on the safari drive, there’s always proper sightings of the elephants etc

MAGNORI VILLAGE
Have a morning walkthrough the magnori village and a canoe safari on the mole river and then visit the oldest mosque in guana, although no one seems to agree on how old it is or even who built it. Some sources dates it back to the 13th century which is a century after the first recorded Europeans arrived in the coast of gold which only means that the Islam religion was here before the first European with the intention of spreading Christianity arrived. Also a different source says it was built between the periods of 1643-75 by imam Brama.

Have lunch and head to the airport.
